In
Christian recruiting, every mention of Heaven is followed by five Hell
references.
That's
a 500% "bad" vs. 100% "good" ratio.
And
the bad guys are winning!
But
why would people who are on a mission from God to save good people play it
like that?
Why
SCARE us into signing off our life to Jesus?
Isn't Love supposed to be the pinnacle not fear?
Because
scaring the living crap out of someone is one of the most effective ways
to manipulate them.
When
you're sweating bullets, you can't be rational.
You
can't use logic or common sense.
All
you can think of is getting to SAFETY.
Even
if it's just in your own mind.
And
the danger isn't real (let's not get into an argument about that - as
that's besides the point!)
So
often, when it comes to any religion, safety means having faith and
surrendering your life to a higher power.
Now,
don't get me wrong.
I'm
not saying religion is based on fear.
And
I'm not here to cross-recruit you into my Self-Discovery movement or some
crazy nonsense like that...
My
point:
There's
a reason why there's so much fear-based marketing out there.
We
see it...
But
we don't like it...
We
are totally against manipulating people using fear.
It's
just not right.
We
want you to make decisions based on your vision of a better life.
Not
fear based decisions.
Why
do I care?
Because
fear based decisions don't stick.
Vision-based
decisions guarantee life-long success.
If
your vision is to be able
to
take walks on the beach
while
your home-based
business
takes care of money...
To Your Success!
